SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
Below you will find information about product preparation times, delivery deadlines for your orders, shipping costs, and the payment methods we offer.
PRODUCT PREPARATION
Given our varied catalogue, some products take longer than others to be produced and/or prepared. As such, we present below the indicative times for preparing orders:
- Orders for standard products (without customization): 2-4 business days.
- Orders for embroidered (personalized) products: 3-5 business days.
- Orders for Restaurant Textiles: 5-8 business days.
- Orders for Hotel Textiles: 5-15 business days.
- Orders for Hotel Beds and Mattresses: 10-15 business days.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
MAINLAND PORTUGAL
After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it between 24H and 48H in Mainland Portugal.
AZORES AND MADEIRA ISLANDS - BOAT DELIVERY
After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in 3 to 6 (working) days in Madeira and 7 to 15 (working) days in the Azores.
EUROPEAN UNION
After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in:
- STANDARD service - between 3 to 8 business days.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 4 business days.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in:
- STANDARD service - between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Normally, our products are not subject to customs duties outside the European Union. However, due to changes made by customs worldwide, BESTGIFT is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may apply outside the European Union.
Note: Delivery times for orders are estimated. Any delays in delivery will always be the responsibility of the transport operator and not BESTGIFT. If there is any delay in delivery, please contact us so that BESTGIFT can request clarification from the carrier.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
- Actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
- Carrier tariffs, which undergo periodic updates.
PAYMENT METHODS
MBWAY
After receiving an email confirming your order, you will receive a code on your mobile phone for validation.
PAYPAL
After validating your order, you can make your payment via a link to the PayPal page, using your credit card or PayPal account. A 2% fee is charged on the purchase amount.
KLARNA
When completing your order, select the Klarna payment method to pay in 3 installments with no interest and the cost spread over 3 months. You will need to enter your debit or credit card details for the payment to be validated. The first payment is charged when the order is processed, and the remaining two are automatically deducted every 30 days. This payment method is only valid for purchases above 35€.
CREDIT CARD
After receiving an email confirming your order, you will receive an email to access the payment area where you should make the payment.
MULTIBANCO (MB)
After receiving an email confirming your order, you will receive an email with the details to proceed with the "Payment of Services/Purchases" in the total amount of the order. Simply go to the nearest ATM or perform the transaction via home banking.
BANK TRANSFER
After receiving an email confirming your order, you can pay for your order via bank transfer.
